Residential tentative value notices are currently being mailed. The robust real estate market we continue to experience has had a direct impact on market values, since sales are the best indicator of value. The State requires all Ohio auditors to use uniform procedures to revalue parcels. This is currently taking place in Hamilton County for 2023. The State of Ohio creates a calendar by which each county is required to revalue all its parcels every six years. Notices will be mailed to the owner's mailing address on our website for each parcel. We will start mailing Residential Tentative Value Notices shortly.
